Sorry I haven't posted in a while I've just been busy and lazy at the same time if that makes any sense...

Pretty much just enjoying Vegas and the atmosphere and playing a ton of poker ... alot of good poker at that.

Unfortunately my day was very short lived and I busted 17th place out of about 600 something.  Can't say I am dissapointed with the way I played so I am not upset or anything.  $1600 profit + the $1000 I made during the dinner break.  It's so hard for me to justify playing these smaller tournaments as my hourly winrate is almost as much as the top 20 payouts.  It exhausting to play tournaments for hours on end and fall wayyy short of your goals.  Oh well, such as life and you live and you learn.  I think I'll be sticking to the RIO WSOP tourname

I had a pretty good day playing online yesterday so I was eager to play this tournament, but unfortunately it didn't go my way.  Within about 15 minutes of the tournament starting I was knocked out .. got it all in with AJ on a JJ8 flop against KK and it went running 4 flush, Kd wins it.  So I hopped a cab to the Venetian and late registered for their $500 deepstack tournament.

Well, me josh and craig stayed up until the wee hours of the morning crushing some fishes on full tilt poker so we ended up being way to tired to play in today's event.  Yesterday was online tournament day but no one in my house went deep in anything .... let's just say yesterday sucked in terms of tournaments.

I just woke up a few hours ago today - planning on grinding a bit online and then going golfing with josh hopefully.  ttyl

So my day overall yesterday was meh.  I came down with a cold, started feeling sick with a fever less then 2 hours into the tournament.  I am used to playing poker in the comfort of my home when I am sick sometimes, but this was way worse being out in the freezing cold casino then walking outside into the blazing sun. 

Well,  my first live tourney went okay.

Today is the first event that I will be playing, it is a 1,500 buyin 6 handed event.  This means there is only 6 people at each table, which is mostly how I play on the internet.  This type of structure really puts presssure on the weaker players and allows the more sophisticated player to "run over the table" so to speak.  Wish me luck I am off to the RIO.

Hey hey hey,

Just spent my first night in the house, it was amazing.  We picked pool balls for who gets what room and I picked the second to smallest room which is still HUGE by standard means.  There is 4 of us total and the fifth roommate is on the way this week.
