Rakebackmypoker member Elliot Smith has played his way to the final table of the 2009 Aussie Millions. Smith, who battled his way through the starting field of 681 players, has reached the final table of 8 with a healthy chip stack of just over 1.1 million.

Just before the end of the days play Elliot had a big hand and his tournement life was on the line against big name "Hendon Mob" Pro Barny Boatman,  The action folded to Boatman in the small blind who raised to 75k. Smith woke up in the big blind with Kd Kc and shoved all in for 530k Boatman called and tuned over Ah Qc. The board was kind to Smith showing 8s 4s 8h Qd 5c and his kings held up.
